Who's up for Highland Games?
It's when a community comes together!
To prove their strength!
To test their skill!
Some may not do it in the traditional styles.
Others look down right silly as they try.
Then there are those that plain stink.
But when we try and come together, it's Magnificent.
If you have ideas for activities to improve your community, put them to action! See how much fun it can be.

May your home be happy and and full of love.
Before I go on holiday, I thought I would just say, "HA HA...I knew Santa was Scottish.
Here are some Scottish proverbs for you.
-A good tale never tires in the telling.
-Be slow in choosing a friend but slower in changing him.
-Better bend than break.
-Better keep the devil at the door than have to turn him out of the house.
-Better to be alone than in bad company.
-Choose your wife with her nightcap on!
-Enough is as good as a feast.
-Never marry for money. You can borrow it cheaper.
-The cure may be worse than the disease.
I had to post this olde world santa. I thought he was too good to pass up.

Scottish Blood!
This Is Glasgow Scotland. The place I have traced my ancestry to.My Fourth Great Grandfather...William Watson Ferguson.
The Family Coat Of Arms.A bee upon a thistle and the words Dulcius Ex Asperis which means "Sweeter After Difficulties."
Last but not least, The Ferguson Clan Plaid.
I did some research and found that William, my Grandfather, played the Bagpipe. So it turns out that I am keeping a family tradition alive!

New House!!!!
Haha...We're in! Technically...kind of. Well, we are still unpacking boxes, but my carpet is in, my electronics are up, and I am still collecting shiny objects. Next on the list...door knob! A big shiny one. Not a handle, a knob! They are Zombie proof. The shiny distracts them so they don't bust down the door, but dead flesh isn't very mobile, so the twisting keeps them from entering. I would have to say this move has killed most of my brain cells.

Happy Single's Awareness Day!
Today, in order to mark my rebellion on Valentine's Day, I am going to paint my room. And it is going to look Fabulous!!! Then, I am going to paint the Hall, then the guest bedroom, then the stairwell, then the front room. Oh the happiness that being single brings. If I had a choice, I would stay single for-EVER. Well, wishing those luck that are also single. And to those who aren't....Well, the only way it could be good is if you are married! So to those married people, I wish you a happy date night!

LDSingers???
I am told all the time by my parents that I should join the LDSingers. I am very hesitant because I am afraid it will be a waist of time. My mom tells me that I will have SO much fun doing it. But I don't think I will. This will be my third year passing it by. To tell you the truth, I really just hate the phrase..."Try-Outs." That could do some serious damage to a person. To go and try out, but then you are told you are not good enough. It seems a little cruel to me. So for the greater good,(me), I will just pass it up again. Unless I get enough encouragement. When I say encouragement, I mean somebody will have to drag me to "Try-Outs."
