Best Hot Chocolate?!

I love Cocoa, and am always looking for new recipes. I stumbled across this one and can't wait to try it. If you have never had Nutella, you haven't lived. It is heaven in a plastic jar. All you need is whole milk, chocolate whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and Nutella! If you live in a place that doesn't carry chocolate whipped cream as I do, Just make your own!
